Hello! My name's Cass, full-time artist working overtime as a cat mom of two! When I'm not hunched over making new art, I'm hunched over playing video games with my husband instead. I graduated art-uni back in 2024 with a BFA in animation/visual development and have since then been working as an artist full time while helping my husband run his business.
The "CassyLouCreates" brand started with my husband (then boyfriend) coining the name while I was trying to create a catchy handle for my social media accounts. As a sophomore in an art-uni at the time, I felt completely embarrassed that I didn't already have a dedicated art account, but I had always been too self-conscious in the past to create one, despite it being long overdue at that point. But, once I got it up and running, I couldn't even remember what I was so afraid of. It was FUN, and it brought me so much joy to be able to share my art with others. So now, I present to you my website, home to the past decade of my art career (don't worry, you'll only see works within the past 2). I hope you enjoy looking at these small worlds and universes as much as I do.♡
